Limited Warranty Coverage
Vesper Mesa offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, excessive wear, surface scratches, or coating friction from regular use
- Misuse, abuse, improper handling, negligence, or accidents
- Loss or theft of the item
- Alterations, third-party modifications, or repairs performed by others
- Discoloration from water, chemicals, or improper care
- Natural gemstone inclusions and characteristic variations (including natural turquoise matrix)
- Damage caused by disassembly
Vesper Mesa reserves the right to decide whether to replace or repair for warranty claims.
How to Claim the Warranty
- Email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos to [email protected].
- Our repair team will review your claim and confirm whether it is covered.
- If covered, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Repair Services
Once we receive your initial warranty claim, our repair team will handle the process for you and keep you informed at every step.
For items not covered by warranty (such as accidental damage or daily wear), we offer affordable repair services:

Shipping Note: All associated shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Beyond Warranty Period
For valuable items beyond the warranty period or scope, we will make every effort to repair your item at the lowest cost. If the product or style has been discontinued, Vesper Mesa will consider replacing it with a similar-value alternative.
